After parking in the garage, follow signs to Visitor Center. The entrance to the gallery is on the right after coming through the large opening in the mill building (tall arches with an American flag pole in front). (Do not park at Canal Place or you will be towed)
Artists dropping off artwork can park temporarily at the arches with flashers on
